Now in its tenth year, The North East Dog Festival has earned its place as one of the biggest dog centred events in the North.
It’s a canine celebration like no other! Set against the picturesque backdrop of Kirkley Hall, the festival has charmed its way into the hearts of thousands of dog lovers.
Have-a-Go Activities: Try agility, canisports, mantrailing, scentwork, flyball, fastest recall, rally, dog parkour, temptation alley and so much more. Plus our gundog area is getting bigger again as we welcome back the pond water retrieve and all new lure - thanks to sponsor Nordic Gundogs.
Plus this year we are also adding a brand new ring...this activity ring will host snippets of dog training classes perfect to brush up on your skills or learn something new and exciting; there will also be demonstrations from trainers and special guest Chloe and her super Spaniels. These sessions will be around 20-25 minutes and are completely free; take part in things like loose lead, recall and even trick training.
